Hey people, how has your weekend been so far? :) I've watched two good movies, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and Mandela, I've had a good first week back at work, and I've re-started my Yoga and gym as per my new year's resolution :D If any of you have a stationery bike, treadmill, cross trainer or even a gym at the place you work or live at, try do what I'm starting to do this year - I resist looking at my phone messages, fb/twitter/insta feeds, till i get on the cross trainer. I dedicate a minimum of 40 mins 1st thing everyday to checking my phone, making phone calls etc whilst walking at a medium speed, and next thing I know, I've covered 10km. Try it! Another friend gave me this tip yesterday - in order for him to enjoy a bit of cake, he sacrifices the sugar in his coffee. That's a fair compromise, I think?
